Need Recommendations for a Good Videographer for Weddings

Hi, everyone,
I’m in the middle of wedding planning, and I’m stymied by one aspect – looking for a professional wedding videographer. I've looked at a lot of sites and Instagram accounts, but it’s all very overwhelming. There are just so many different options for designs and price points, and I frankly don’t want to make a mistake.
I would like someone who has the ability to capture real emotions, real moments, and not just set-ups. More of a storytelling format like in films rather than just a straight record. I've seen some videographers that make these incredible, emotional videos, and that's what I want.
To all of you who married recently:
How did you select your wedding videographer?
What should I be looking for in terms of experience, style, and equipment?
Should you pay even more for a possibly better videographer for weddings?
Any red flags I should avoid?
And of course, do you have any recommendations?
“We’re open to destination videographers as well, so even if they travel, it’s fine.” Thanks in advance! Your advice will greatly help us make a good choice before we book.
