Hi everyone,

I’m looking for recommendations for a reliable online notepad. Ideally, I want something that’s fast, easy to use, and accessible from any device without complicated sign-ups. Bonus points if it supports basic formatting, autosave, and real-time collaboration for sharing notes with colleagues or friends.

I’ve tried a few options, but some are either too cluttered or lack essential features. Do you have any favorite online notepads that balance simplicity with functionality? Any pros, cons, or tips would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

Hi!

I’d recommend trying Google Keep, Notion, or Zoho Notebook. Google Keep is really fast, autosaves automatically, and works on any device, making it perfect for quick notes and simple collaboration, though it doesn’t offer much in formatting. If you’re looking for something a bit more versatile, an online notepad like Notion gives you more structure and formatting options with real-time collaboration, though it has a slight learning curve.

Zoho Notebook offers a clean, user-friendly interface and supports text, images, and checklists across devices without being cluttered. Personally, I use Google Keep for quick notes and Notion for more organized, detailed projects.
