UK Contractors — Who Do You Use for Cost Estimation?

[jhonsviksam]

Hey all,
I’m curious what services UK contractors prefer for estimation. I recently stumbled upon https://vertexestimation.co.uk/, and their portfolio looks impressive.
They specialize in construction takeoffs and detailed cost planning. Before I hire them for a client project, I’d love to hear any real feedback or alternatives from this community.
