Seeking Trustworthy New-Home Builders in Montreal – Any Real Experiences?

I am soon going to construct a new home in Montreal and thought that I could garner some honest feedback from individuals that have already undergone this experience. There are just too many choices when you look up Montreal new home builders.

I am particularly concerned about a couple of aspects: having proper permits, adhering to schedules, and ensuring that they know how Montreal bylaws work and how to handle construction in winter. There was a situation that was delayed because they didn’t know how things work there.

A friend of mine has actually collaborated with the name TrossConstruction and said the experience was pretty smooth for them.
