Hey everyone,
I'm looking to get my in-ground pool resurfaced and would love some advice. The plaster is starting to chip, and there are a few stains that just won’t come out. I’ve been researching options like quartz, pebble, or standard plaster, but I’m also trying to find a reliable and reasonably priced pool resurfacing service in my area.
Has anyone recently gone through the resurfacing process? What surface type did you choose, and how’s it holding up? Any companies you'd recommend—or avoid? I’d really appreciate hearing your experiences before I make a decision.
Thanks in advance!
Need Recommendations for Reliable Pool Resurfacing Service
Re: Need Recommendations for Reliable Pool Resurfacing Service
I recently had my pool resurfaced with a pebble finish (PebbleTec), and it's been fantastic! The texture is great, and it looks much better than the old plaster. It's also more durable and requires less maintenance. I highly recommend getting a few quotes and asking about the different surface types, as prices can vary quite a bit. If you're also looking for pool cleaning services, I found https://www.swimmsolutions.com/pool-cle ... e-orlando/ to be reliable for regular upkeep after resurfacing. As for services, I used a local company, and they did a great job—kept everything clean and on schedule. If you’re looking for something long-lasting and aesthetically pleasing, I’d go with pebble, but quartz is also a solid option if you’re looking for something a bit cheaper.
